Full Description

OpTech is seeking for Delivery Lead for their Direct Client. Location - Detroit, MI (Onsite) Duration - 1 year Pay rate - $55/hour on W2. RESPONSIBILITIES: Engagement Description: • Responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and realization of business value for project efforts that utilize information technology solutions • Delivery Leads, oversee and ensure the successful delivery and management of a single or multiple initiatives and/or projects within scope, quality, time, and cost QUALIFICATIONS: Top 3 Required Skills/Experience: • Build, Manage and track against project budget • Report and track on project performance and ensure business value • Drive Project delivery Required Skills/Experience: • Assemble project plans and work assignments, directs and monitors work efforts, identifies resource needs, ensures business value is delivered, and escalates issues appropriately. • Monitor and manage project RAID logs • Determine staffing requirements and forms project teams • Leverage project management methodologies and various software development lifecycle frameworks • Track and report project milestones and provide status reports to project sponsors Preferred Skills/Experience: • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies • Ability to communicate technical and business topics in a clear and relevant way • Develop and distribute project schedules Education/Certifications – Include: • Bachelor’s degree • 5 years of IT Delivery lead experience • At least 2 years of leadership experience and project management OpTech is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
