The RN/LPN will work closely with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and patients to ensure that all aspects of patient care are addressed.Key Responsibilities: • Assess patient health problems and needs • Develop and implement nursing care plans • Maintain accurate medical records • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans • Educate patients and their families about healthcare issues and management of illnesses • Provide emotional support to patients and their families • Ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with established standards of care Qualifications: • Current RN/LPN license in the state of Michigan • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays #SH
