OpSource Pro has partnered with an industrial services firm in Spartanburg, SC. Pay for the position: $30 - $35/hr. (Possibly more for the right person) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Millwright Supervisor to lead and work alongside field crews on industrial projects across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rigging and millwright work, with a proven track record of supervising teams safely and efficiently in the field. This position requires regular travel to job sites nationwide and a commitment to both leadership and field work. You will be responsible for ensuring daily crew safety, overseeing work progress, and handling administrative duties such as completing timesheets and tracking hours for your team. Key Responsibilities • Lead and work directly with rigging/millwright crews on a daily basis • Ensure compliance with all jobsite safety protocols and company standards • Monitor and enforce daily safety practices for all crew members • Complete and submit accurate daily timesheets, including individual hours worked • Communicate job progress, needs, and issues to project managers or supervisors • Travel to job sites across the U.S. as required • Utilize personal hand tools to perform duties alongside the crew Requirements • Minimum 10 years of experience in rigging and/or millwright work • Experience in a supervisory or foreman role, leading field crews • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Must provide and use personal hand tools • Ability and willingness to travel nationwide as jobs require • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills • Commitment to workplace safety and OSHA compliance • OSHA-30 Certification is a plus (not required)
