Job Description: OPOC.us (One Point of Care) is seeking a full-time HR Client Relations Professional to join the Centric team in our office located in Worthington, Ohio. We are looking for a positive, high-energy individual with a range of human resources experience and a demonstrated client focused background. You will be working in a team environment and have the well-developed skill set needed to maintain and enhance client relationships and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem solving and decision-making abilities, and a working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, payroll processes, employee relations, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws. The Expertise and Skills You Bring 3+ years of demonstrated HR or ASO experience, required. Bachelors degree, and SHRM-CP, or related Human Resources certification are highly desired. Proven experience in a client-facing role, managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction. Ability to handle sensitive matters and information with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality. Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed. Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and pivoting focus when needed while remaining organized and efficient. Service oriented and proactive, anticipating client needs and collaborating with your team to deliver our services and exceed client expectations. Ability to utilize internal and external resources, tools, and information to fully support our clients and bring added value to those relationships. Knowledge of Federal & State regulations, guidelines, and best practices. Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point and HRIS technology systems.
