A Senior Relationship Builder Who Opens Doors and Drives Growth. Opkey is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Alliances to lead executive engagement across our most critical partner ecosystems, including Oracle, Workday, and top global System Integrators. This is a senior, externally-facing role focused on building strategic relationships, shaping partner engagement, and laying the foundation for high-impact co-selling opportunities. You are someone who thrives on creating opportunity from white space. You know how to navigate complex ecosystems, engage C-level stakeholders, and position a partnership for long-term success. You bring both business acumen and emotional intelligence, understanding when to lean in, when to escalate, and how to influence across product, sales, and partner teams. This is not a transactional partnerships role. This is about building lasting executive alignment, crafting strategic narratives, and driving measurable business value through ecosystem relationships. The Role As Director of Strategic Alliances, you will be responsible for cultivating senior-level relationships across Opkey’s most important technology and implementation partners. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partner Operations to drive ecosystem alignment, unlock co-sell opportunities, and set the stage for long-term, scalable growth. What You’ll Do Technology Alliance Leadership • Build and maintain executive relationships across Oracle and Workday sales, product, and alliance teams • Position Opkey as a strategic, value-aligned partner within both ecosystems • Drive alignment on product roadmaps, go-to-market priorities, and joint messaging • Create and activate co-selling opportunities by connecting sales teams across both organizations • Identify and secure executive sponsorship for key initiatives System Integrator Partnership Development • Identify and engage strategic System Integrators operating in the Oracle and Workday ecosystem • Build senior relationships across target SI firms, including Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, and others • Establish partnership frameworks that incentivize SIs to recommend and deliver Opkey solutions • Support the transition of operational execution to the Partnerships Operations team while maintaining strategic oversight • Develop and maintain a prioritized pipeline of partnership opportunities Strategic Relationship Ownership • Serve as the senior relationship lead across priority partners • Facilitate executive introductions between Opkey leadership and partner counterparts • Track partnership health, resolve high-level issues, and proactively shape long-term strategy • Stay engaged across key deals, supporting alignment and strategic positioning, while allowing partner and sales teams to execute • Act as an executive escalation point when necessary What You’ll Bring Required Experience • 10 or more years in enterprise software partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances • Proven ability to build, manage, and grow executive-level relationships in high-growth SaaS or enterprise software environments • Deep knowledge of the Oracle and Workday ecosystems, including go-to-market motions, product landscapes, and influence centers • Track record of driving meaningful partner-sourced or co-sell revenue • Existing network within global System Integrators such as Accenture, Deloitte, and KPMG • Experience working in or adjacent to complex B2B sales cycles Skills and Qualities • Executive presence and confidence in engaging VP, SVP, and C-level stakeholders • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to identify long-term growth paths through partnerships • Outstanding relationship-building and interpersonal skills • Comfortable as a player-coach or high-impact individual contributor • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working cross-functionally with minimal oversight • Clear and persuasive communicator with strong presentation and storytelling abilities • Focused on outcomes, value creation, and measurable business impact Preferred Qualifications • Existing executive relationships within Oracle, Workday, or global System Integrators • Experience in test automation, enterprise application delivery, or adjacent categories • Familiarity with co-selling programs, partner tiers, and alliance-based sales enablement Why Opkey • Fast-growing SaaS company with global momentum and top-tier enterprise customers • Strong product-market fit in a high-value space with major players like Oracle and Workday • Executive visibility and autonomy to shape the future of our ecosystem strategy • Collaborative, results-driven culture that values trust, ownership, and innovation • Competitive compensation, flexible working environment, and room to grow Equal Opportunity at Opkey At Opkey, we’re building a team as diverse and dynamic as the customers we serve.
