Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting a team, and takes pride in maintaining an efficient and welcoming workplace. The Office Administrator will be responsible for coordinating administrative functions, managing front desk operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage day-to-day office and clinic operations • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events • Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation • Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls • Maintain and update staff calendars • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing • Ensure professional phone etiquette for all incoming and outgoing calls • Maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment • Support staff with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Google Drive and general computer applications • Experience with front desk operations and customer service best practices • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Prior office or clinic management experience preferred but not required! Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour • Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
