Role Summary We are seeking a passionate and execution-focused Product Owner to join our growing team. As the Product Owner, you will serve as the direct representative of the customer and business to a dedicated Scrum team. Your primary goal is to maximize the value of the product delivered by the team through the meticulous creation, prioritization, and management of the product backlog. You will be the vital link between our product strategy and the development team, ensuring that we are consistently building the right features to meet user needs and achieve our business goals. Responsibilities: Own, prioritize, and maintain the team's product backlog in alignment with the strategic product roadmap and company objectives. Translate high-level product strategy into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with the Scrum Master and development team to plan sprints, set clear and ambitious sprint goals, and participate actively in all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Serve as the "voice of the product," championing the product vision and goals within the Scrum team. Ensure the team understands the "why" behind the work they are doing, fostering a sense of purpose and ownership. Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Computer Science. Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role. Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum principles is a plus. Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs and product vision into clear, concise user stories. Hands-on experience with backlog management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
