Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years HR experience with 2+ years supporting technical teams, HR certification preferred, strong communication and analytical skills.
Description: • Serve as the primary People Partner for R&D, providing HR guidance and support across engineering, product, and data functions. • Partner with R&D leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and team structure to align people strategy with business goals. • Provide day-to-day performance management coaching to managers and employees, including career development and feedback support. • Drive talent development and engagement initiatives tailored to the needs of technical teams, fostering growth and retention. • Lead or contribute to special HR projects, such as competency mapping, leveling frameworks, and compensation calibration for technical roles. • Support full-cycle people operations including onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and culture-building programs. • Analyze people metrics and feedback to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement within R&D. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and OpenLoop policies, while maintaining a strong employee advocacy mindset. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Operations) to streamline processes and enhance employee experience. • Execute tasks related to business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning as R&D continues to scale. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HR experience, with 2+ years supporting technical, R&D, or product teams. • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred. • Deep understanding of HR disciplines including employee relations, organizational design, and performance management. • Experience supporting fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments; healthcare or tech experience is a plus. • Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences. • Analytical and data-driven, using insights to guide decisions and shape people strategy. • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and excited to build scalable people programs in a growing digital health organization. • Passionate about enabling high-performing teams and cultivating a culture of collaboration and innovation.
