Full Description

About the Role OpenLoop is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Program Manager: Learning Operations to lead and scale our onboarding and enterprise learning programs. This role sits at the intersection of onboarding experience, learning operations, compliance enablement, and cross-functional program management. You will ensure employees are set up for success from day one while building structured, scalable systems that reduce administrative burden and improve audit readiness. You will own orientation, oversee learning workflows inside our LMS, and partner across People, Compliance, Clinical, and IT to drive operational clarity and consistency. This is a systems-thinking, program leadership role - not a technical LMS architect position. What You'll Do Company Orientation & Onboarding Experience • Own and facilitate the weekly OpenLoop Orientation sessions. • Analyze onboarding data to identify bottlenecks, reducing time-to-productivity and improving the overall quality of the new hire experience. Learning Operations & LMS Program Ownership • Serve as the primary program owner of the LMS (EasyLlama), ensuring it effectively supports onboarding, compliance, and learning workflows. • Partner with HR, Compliance, IT, and department leaders to align technical learning requirements with operational business needs. • Design and maintain structured learning pathways tailored by role, state, and department. • Establish governance standards for content ownership, update frequencies, and review cycles. • Monitor system utilization to recommend and implement improvements that drive adoption and efficiency. • Manage vendor relationships and prioritize the platform roadmap in partnership with L&D leadership. Compliance & Operational Enablement • Ensure all compliance training assignments are clearly owned, trackable, and completed. • Maintain audit-ready documentation processes and rigorous reporting standards. • Drive the automation of learning assignments and reminder workflows to reduce manual administrative burden for the People Ops team. • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on completion rates, onboarding progress, and the company's compliance posture. Cross-Functional Program Management • Support engagement survey action planning in partnership with the Head of Internal Comms to embed key learnings across the company. • Enable our hybrid-work model by developing playbooks, local activations, and hybrid experiences that foster connection and culture. • Lead multiple concurrent initiatives with defined timelines, building project plans, stakeholder maps, and risk mitigation strategies. • Communicate high-level updates to leadership regarding onboarding effectiveness and the health of learning operations. Who You Are • A Systems Thinker: You don't just apply one-off fixes; you build scalable systems and establish best practices that others follow. • Autonomous Leader: You operate with strategic influence and take full ownership of programs from conception to completion. • Operational Expert: You thrive in fast-scaling environments and possess strong prioritization skills to manage competing high-stakes initiatives. • Data-Driven: You use data to measure business impact and drive improvements in time-to-productivity and system utilization. • Culture Champion: You understand how to bridge the gap between technical operations and human connection, particularly in a hybrid work environment. Our Benefits In addition, for salaried positions you would also be eligible for: • Medical, Dental, and Vision plans • Flexible Spending/Health Savings Accounts • Flexible PTO • 401(k) + Company Match • Life Insurance, Pet insurance, and more
