About the Job Would you be open to a senior leadership role driving the execution of community solar projects for a developer in hyper growth? We’re hiring a Project Director to oversee teams delivering utility-scale solar builds. This role is based in Illinois or Atlanta with regional leadership responsibilities. You’ll lead projects from development through construction, manage EPC partners, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure safe, reliable, and successful delivery of solar projects at scale. What You Bring: • 7+ years of experience in community solar or energy project leadership, with a strong track record managing multi-site teams. • Background in construction project management with renewable energy project experience strongly preferred. • Knowledge of solar project design standards as well as civil and structural technical requirements. • Familiarity with NEC and NFPA codes a plus. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. • PMP certification preferred. Location: Illinois or Atlanta, with regional travel (25–30%).
