To support this journey, we’re searching for a dynamic Director of Client Success & Operations who can elevate our internal operations, strengthen client relationships, and lead our agency into its next era of growth. About the Role: The Director of Client Success & Operations is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring that OOT Box Media delivers exceptional client experiences while running an efficient, organized, and scalable internal operation. You’ll lead our Account Managers, Strategists, and creative teams to ensure projects move smoothly, clients feel supported, and deliverables meet our high-quality standards. This role is perfect for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, loves improving processes, and enjoys supporting a team of talented marketers, designers, and creators. You will work closely with the CEO to shape the agency’s future while removing the CEO from the day-to-day workflow — freeing leadership to focus on growth, partnerships, and big-picture initiatives.
