Join Our Mission: Our client is a beacon of excellence in mental health and substance abuse treatment, offering cutting-edge residential and outpatient programs. They are currently looking for a Business Development Liaison to help drive growth for their exclusive boutique behavioral health facility located in Indiana. What You’ll Do As a Business Development Liaison, you’ll be the face of the company, building strategic partnerships and driving growth for our multi-program facility. Your role is pivotal in expanding our reach through creative marketing, community engagement, and referral network development. Key responsibilities include: • Forge Strong Relationships: Connect with healthcare professionals, community leaders, and referral sources to promote their programs, delivering compelling presentations that showcase our impact. • Drive Market Growth: Develop and execute innovative plans to penetrate new markets, identifying key segments and building lasting partnerships. • Champion Community Engagement: Organize support groups and educational events to address local needs, strengthening the company presence. • Create Impactful Materials: Collaborate on brochures, audiovisual content, and marketing collateral to elevate our brand. • Measure Success: Track referral, admission, and discharge data to refine strategies, ensuring maximum effectiveness and alignment with our strategic goals. • Stay Strategic: Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s managed care contracts, admissions processes, and annual marketing plans to drive informed decisions. Who You Are We’re seeking a motivated, results-oriented professional with a passion for healthcare and community impact. You bring: • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or healthcare management is a plus. • Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience for a commercial behavioral health company. • Valid Drivers License and a willingness to travel locally (within 3 hrs) 80% of your week. • Skills: Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and relationship-building abilities. You thrive in fast-paced environments, work independently, and adapt to evolving priorities. • Mindset: A team player with a positive attitude, hustle, and commitment to excellence. You take accountability for your work and inspire others. Physical Requirements This role requires energy and adaptability: • Sit, stand, or walk for up to 8 hours, engaging with clients and teams. • Occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs, push/pull carts (100–200 lbs), and use tools like computers, phones, or medical equipment. • Respond to emergency situations, potentially involving physical interaction or restraint. • Read charts, detect odors, and work at a rapid pace with repetitive tasks.
