Onyx Odds is based in New York City, with offices located in downtown Manhattan. Job Description We’re looking to add a Growth & Marketing Analyst to our lean, fast-moving team. This role will work closely with Marketing, CRM, and User Acquisition to build, own, and scale how data is surfaced, interpreted, and acted on across the business. You’ll be responsible for creating dashboards and analytical tools that go beyond reporting — helping teams understand why performance is changing and what actions to take next. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to product configuration, lifecycle marketing, and growth strategy. Responsibilities Build and maintain dashboards in Amplitude for product, CRM, and UA performance Design and develop Retool dashboards that consolidate data from multiple sources Partner with Marketing and CRM to define events, properties, and tracking standards Ensure accurate configuration and validation of event-level data Analyze and extrapolate trends across acquisition, activation, retention, churn, LTV, ARPU, and ROI Support segmentation and targeting for lifecycle marketing and paid acquisition Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders Recommend improvements to tracking, dashboards, and measurement frameworks Background 2–5+ years of experience in analytics, growth, or marketing analytics Strong hands-on experience with Amplitude Experience building internal tools or dashboards using Retool Solid understanding of event-based data models and instrumentation Comfortable working with Marketing, CRM, and UA teams Ability to extrapolate insights — not just report metrics Strong communication skills Pluses: SQL proficiency Experience with CRM platforms (Customer.io, Braze, Iterable) Familiarity with UA platforms (Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads) Experience in mobile apps, gaming, fintech, or high-growth consumer products Interest in sports or sports-adjacent products Location Onyx Odds is based in FiDi in New York City.
