VENDORS – DO NOT CONTACT US IN ANY WAY TO PITCH YOUR SERVICES OR YOUR BENCH Overview One of our clients in Texas (travel will be required to the HQ as needed) is seeking a data-driven Director of Paid Media + SEO to lead performance marketing and search engine optimization initiatives. • This is a B2C / D2C role for multi-location / franchise marketing; B2B candidates cannot / will not be considered. • *This is not an eComm role, and those titles will not be considered. • **While this is a Director role, this is also a hands-on role; you must have recent / fresh experience in the noted digital tools below and not just strategy. You will be called upon to execute on projects / campaigns. This role will focus on driving B2C / D2C customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through high-impact, scalable digital strategies across paid media channels - social, display, video, and SEO. You’ll play a key role in supporting the company’s expanding national footprint and driving measurable business outcomes with its customers and prospects. Type: Direct Hire, hybrid Schedule: Regular business hours Pay: $140,000 - $160,000 salary Bonus: Up to 10% annual Travel Required: Yes Director of Paid Media + SEO Responsibilities • You'll lead the planning, the execution, and the optimization of paid digital campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, display, video, affiliate, and programmatic. • Own and implement a holistic SEO strategy (local + national) to drive organic visibility and traffic. • Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and provide insights to senior leadership. • Develop and manage A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates and maximize ROI. • Collaborate with other teams across MarTech, Analytics, Sales, and Web to integrate media and SEO with broader customer acquisition and lifecycle efforts. • Manage external media agencies and platform partners to maximize efficiency and performance. • Stay current with digital marketing trends and algorithm changes to keep the strategy ahead of the curve. • Align media plans with key promotions, seasonal moments, and product launches. Director of Paid Media + SEO Requirements • 9+ years of experience in B2C / D2C paid media *and* SEO, preferably within a multi-location or franchise environment. • Proven track record of driving growth through performance marketing and SEO. • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.), Google Analytics, and media management platforms. • Experience working with CRM/CDP platforms such as HubSpot, Amperity, or Klaviyo (HubSpot experience is a must) • Strong analytical mindset with experience using BI tools like Tableau or DOMO. • Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage high-performing teams. • Experience in a membership-based or franchise business a plus.
