As a Warehouse Associate, you will contribute to core operational goals by supporting package handling, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring smooth warehouse workflows. Role and Responsibilities: As a Warehouse Associate, you will support day-to-day warehouse operations by safely handling packages and working collaboratively with your team. You will help maintain efficient loading and unloading processes, ensuring accuracy and safety throughout each shift. • Be safe and follow all safety guidelines. • Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes. • Load trucks for deliveries. • Work as a team to complete warehouse tasks and meet operational goals. Required Skills and Experience: • Ability to stay on your feet while working. • Ability to be dependable, flexible, and reliable. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. • Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures. • Gloves and work boots are recommended. Compensation and Benefits: • Hourly pay starting at $18/hr. • Earn a $0.25 pay increase every 3 months for up to 2 years. • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. • 401(k) with employer match. • Referral bonus program up to $500 per referral.
