Position Overview Partner Growth Manager (Partnerships & Business Development) Location: RemoteStatus: Full-Time Compensation: Base Salary: $70,000 – 80,000 annually On-Target Earning: $90,000–$105,000 (Base + Incentives) About the Role Onspire is seeking a Partner Growth Manager who thrives at the intersection of relationships, strategy, and growth – driving high-quality sales pipeline through strong partner engagement, targeted outreach, and close collaboration with our sales and marketing teams. This role is central to accelerating Onspire’s growth by creating strong, well-qualified opportunities for our sales team through trusted partner and prospect relationships. What You’ll Do: Build & Activate Partner Relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with device manufacturers and other strategic industry partners, serving as their primary point of contact at Onspire. Educate partner sales representatives on our solutions and ideal customer profile, enabling confident referrals, co-selling conversations, and joint growth opportunities. Proactively engage partners via phone, email, and meetings to identify shared healthcare practices, referral-ready opportunities, and territory-based growth potential. Support partner questions related to shared client reporting and the EncounterCSS application. Keep partners engaged through regular communication, updates on joint wins, and collaboration with internal sales teams to ensure strong regional alignment. Generate & Qualify Sales Pipeline Drive high-quality sales pipeline through targeted outbound outreach and timely follow-up on inbound leads. Partner closely with sales closers to ensure smooth handoffs and high-quality meetings. Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities to ensure strong fit before scheduling meetings for sales closers. Own follow-up and scheduling for leads generated through website inquiries, partner referrals, conferences, webinars, and events. Maintain consistent follow-up standards and continuously improve lead-to-appointment conversion rates. CRM & Lead Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and opportunity data in Salesforce to support clean handoffs and strong visibility across teams. Coordinate lead routing, validation, and disposition processes. Track and report on lead sources, conversion rates, and partner-sourced pipeline. Identify opportunities to improve lead tracking, attribution, and reporting clarity. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Practice Marketing Managers to align outreach and partner efforts. Share insights from conversations in the field, including messaging feedback, common objections, and partner or market trends. Industry Events & Engagement Attend select industry conferences and events to strengthen partner relationships and generate qualified opportunities. Schedule and conduct meetings with partner leaders, device representatives, and industry stakeholders. Leverage in-person interactions to deepen relationships and support pipeline growth.
