Overview: OnSite Partners, LLC helps clients manage energy cost and usage across hundreds of sites and thousands of utility accounts. Our proprietary platform, Logic Box, curates and validates billing data from vendor partners, ensuring accuracy and transparency for our clients. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Data Analyst to join our team and support critical data operations and client engagements. Position Summary: The Operations Data Analyst will play a central role in managing and maintaining the integrity of client energy data. This includes validating billing records, onboarding client datasets into our CRM (built in PowerApps), and producing data health reports that drive client insights and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: · Monitor and validate incoming utility billing data from vendor partners using Logic Box. · Investigate and resolve billing anomalies and corrections triggered by automated validation checks. · Intake, clean, and transform client data for mass upload into our CRM system (PowerApps-based). · Maintain the operational data store by curating billing, cost, usage, and site information. · Generate and present client-facing reports on data health metrics, including bills processed, expected bills, and error rates. · Contact utility providers to obtain missing billing information and ensure data completeness. · Provide cross-coverage for Client Support Representatives, assisting with missing bill resolution and client inquiries related to energy transactions. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; experience can be substituted in lieu of education. · 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, billing operations, or client-facing data roles (energy/utilities experience preferred). · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning). · Experience with CRM platforms; familiarity with PowerApps is strongly preferred. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data insights to clients. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: · Familiarity with energy billing structures and utility data. · Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization/reporting tools. · Prior experience in client onboarding or data migration projects.
