Senior Level • Lead enterprise-wide training strategy, programs, and curriculum development for IT systems and applications. • Mentor and manage junior and intermediate trainers; enforce best practices and standardized training methodologies. • Collaborate with IT, HR, and business stakeholders to align training with organizational goals. • Evaluate program ROI, measure adoption, and drive continuous improvement. • 7+ years’ experience in IT training, instructional design, or corporate learning leadership. • Expertise in LMS platforms, blended learning, e-learning development tools, and change management. • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
