Seeking a detail-oriented Semiconductor Process Engineer with hands-on experience in wet chemistry, cleanroom protocols, and semiconductor processes. The role involves operating and maintaining equipment, handling delicate samples, and ensuring quality control in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Operate and maintain semiconductor processing equipment (e.g., spin coater, vacuum deposition tools). • Monitor process parameters and equipment performance for consistency and quality. • Handle small samples with precision, following cleanroom standards. • Perform inspections using microscopic and characterization tools. • Document process results and discrepancies; generate and review SOPs. • Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate on process improvements. • Follow safety regulations and hazardous chemical handling protocols. • Drive experiments and communicate results to improve reproducibility and cycle time. • Participate in device test data reviews and suggest improvements. Qualifications • BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 1 year of semiconductor process experience. • Proficiency in wet chemistry, micropipetting, operation of semiconductor fab equipment in a cleanroom environment. • Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and fine motor skills. • Excellent oral and written communication; ability to work independently and in teams. • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required. Preferred Skills • Glovebox experience. • Process improvement mindset; ability to adapt to changing priorities. • AFM, UV-Vis operation • Statistical process control (SPC) analysis (MiniTab preferred). Physical & Work Environment Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 50 lbs; fine motor skills required.
