10+ years semiconductor experience in product, test, quality, or reliability testing with ramping semiconductor technology to mass production, cross-factory management, and program management skills.
onsemi is seeking a Corporate program manager to join the corporate technical transfer team to drive the successful transfer and production ramp of onsemi technologies in front end factories. The candidate will need to be self-motivated and drive project success with the end goal of delivering products on time, right cost, and high quality. This is a “hands on” position. The successful candidate is expected to be able to work independently as well as within teams. And, maintain these throughout the duration of the project. • Documentation and tracking of projects to define scope, stay on schedule, and stay within budget. • Early identification, resolution, and timely closure of critical decisions
