OneTrack is a profitable, growth-stage AI company redefining warehouse and logistics technology. As our Financial Operations Associate, you’ll work alongside our CFO to architect the systems, processes and reports needed to operate our finance function. If you’re a data-driven financial analyst who loves building from scratch in fast-moving environments, this is your chance to lead and design best in class financial operations from the ground up. Key responsibilities: Core Financial Operations Processes Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, FP&A, treasury and strategy . Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process; continuously monitor financial performance against plan. Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting packages. Build Our Financial Infrastructure Develop, maintain and improve financial models and conduct ad hoc and scenario analyses on financial implications to assist leadership in making strategic decisions. Select and embed tools – with and emphasis on AI - across our businesses to manage expenses, streamline the client invoicing and renewal experience, enhance procurement, financial reporting, etc. Work in close partnership with our CEO, CFO and Chief of Staff to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach across all aspects of Operations. Strategic Advisor and Business Partner Serve as the primary Finance business partner for Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory and Demand Planning functions. You will have a broad range of responsibilities from business performance analysis to partnering with external partners and providing insights that help shape our supply chain strategy. Provide your financial perspective on key strategic matters that could transform our supply chain, which potentially could include capital investments, pricing, procurement strategies, and manufacturing processes. Develop and maintain key performance indicators to track and drive financial and operational performance. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Minimum experience: 1. 5-7+ Years experience in public financial operations, audit or business management 2. Exceptional attention to detail, control-conscious mindset and risk management 3. Ability to leverage data and industry insights to make strategic decisions 4. Commercial and Client-first orientation 5. Self-starter who excels in ambiguity
