Position: Remote Customer Service Representatives - FEMA OneTouch Direct is seeking dedicated and professional Remote Customer Service Representatives to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) program. In this role, you will assist individuals affected by disasters, providing vital information and guidance related to disaster assistance programs.
