Own and develop the US healthcare market, especially Senior Living, through full sales cycle management, leveraging existing network and building new relationships.
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, direct experience with US Senior Living or post-acute care markets, existing network in healthcare, proactive and independent work style.
We’re looking for a self-driven, entrepreneurial Account Executive to own revenue in the US market with a particular focus on Senior Living. You’ll introduce the next wave of health & movement technology into healthcare organizations, leveraging both our internal resources and your own network to build and close high-value opportunities. This role is for someone who builds pipeline, opens doors, and closes deals - independently. Responsibilities Prospect and engage key decision-makers across the US healthcare market, with a strong focus on: Senior Living & Assisted / Independent Living communities Skilled Nursing Facilities Outpatient Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation providers Own the full sales cycle: outbound → discovery → demo → negotiation → close Leverage your existing network in Senior Living and post-acute care to generate referrals, warm introductions, and net-new opportunities Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Science to execute US GTM strategies Build and manage pipeline: Use proactive outbound (email, LinkedIn, events, conferences) to open new doors & Partner with Marketing and our SDR to convert inbound interest and nurture it through the funnel Develop strategic account & partnership plans to grow key logos and multi-site operators Maintain accurate CRM data and deliver reliable revenue forecasts Provide feedback from the US market to influence product and messaging Requirements 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling into enterprise or mid-market accounts Direct experience selling into US Senior Living and/or post-acute care (Senior Living, AL/IL, SNF, PT/rehab) Existing network of Senior Living and/or post-acute leaders (operators, regional leaders, corporate decision-makers) that you can immediately tap to generate conversations and referrals Independent, proactive, and comfortable operating without heavy structure Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen Startup experience - a strong advantage If you’re excited to combine your Senior Living relationships, sales expertise, and an entrepreneurial mindset to build a new market, we’d love to talk.
