OneSparQ is looking for a Purview Software Engineer or a global data analytics company based out of Atlanta, GA. This is a fully remote opportunity. Responsibilities: • Implement and configure Microsoft Purview for enterprise-wide data protection, data cataloging, and information governance. • Conduct diagnostic assessments to analyze data flows and identify potential threats or vulnerabilities within the system. • Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, and remediation of data breaches and security events. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain secure network architecture, manage resource groups, and provision infrastructure in Azure. • Optimize cost metrics, log analytics, and Azure alerts to ensure scalable and efficient cloud operations. • Utilize automation tools and performance optimization techniques to enhance security and operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations by applying best practices in data governance, security, and compliance. Required Skills: • 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Purview software engineering • 5+ years of recent experience with Azure and Azure related applications • Experience with other data governance, data cataloging, and cybersecurity applications • Degree in an IT or related filed Additional Skills: • Experience migrating Background working in Big Data and Data Science environments • Experience with AI Agents for data discovery and threat detection • Azure and Java Certifications
