OneSparQ is looking for Geotechnicial Operations Lead for a growing engineering company in Nashville, TN. Required Skills: • 4+ years of geotechnical engineering experience • Skilled in project management, including commercial buildings and construction • PE license or the ability to obtain one • Bachelor's Degree Additional Skills (not required): • Experience working with clients across government, civil, structural, architectural, owner, and designer sectors Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the geotechnical team for the Nashville office • Oversee day-to-day operations and serve as a project manager on active geotechnical projects • Prepare, review, and deliver proposals, reports, and technical documentation • Serve as the primary client contact, presenting findings and guiding clients through results and recommendations • Work collaboratively with construction materials testing and environmental teams to support cross-disciplinary project needs
