Instead, we want to see your ideas in action. We are currently looking for a marketing manager who will fully own the organic channels, including SEO and content marketing. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to define the marketing strategy and execute on the tactics that will help OneSky reach its user acquisition goals. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to have full ownership over multiple marketing channels. Responsibilities: -Be the voice of OneSky: You will be writing a lot of the customer facing content, so it is up to you to define what you want to communicate, and how you want to present those ideas. -Strategy: Be the owner of OneSky’s organic channels. Define the strategies and execute on the tactics that will help us grow OneSky’s organic traffic. -SEO: Evaluate OneSky’s current SEO state and outline opportunities related to site structure, internal linking, and page templates; work with internal teams to prioritize and execute projects to increase inbound traffic based on these findings. -Content Marketing: Lead the editorial calendar; be able to plan, run, adjust and shift priorities. Develop and oversee the creation of marketing assets including ebooks, blogs, videos, presentations, and other thought leadership materials. -Tracking: Develop and monitor analytics dashboards that show how content distribution and SEO is impacting the customer funnel. Continuously conduct experiments and make decisions based on ongoing data evaluation. Skills & Experience -Possess excellent writing skills and are passionate about creating great content and developing a robust channel distribution strategy for that content. -2-3 years of experience in a similar marketing role at a growing company. -Be familiar with the best practices of both SEO and content marketing -Experienced in creating dashboards, analyzing data (using tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, Mixpanel and others) and making recommendations for future programs and testing. -English Native & Proficiency in writing is a must, as you will need to be able to translate complex concepts and ideas into simple & intuitive messages -Experience in the localization industry is a plus, but not required
