What You'll Do: - You will install, maintain, and repair diagnostic and medical equipment at client sites. - You will troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to ensure equipment functionality. - You will conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failures. - You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance. - You will work closely with the management team to report on service performance and suggest improvements. - You will stay updated on the latest technologies and industry standards to enhance service delivery. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering or a related technical role. - Strong knowledge of diagnostic, medical, or life science equipment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a field environment.
