Role Overview: As a Field Service Engineer based in Denver, you will play a critical role in maintaining and servicing advanced diagnostic and medical equipment. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive timely, effective support, helping to uphold the high standards of quality and reliability that define oneservice Inc. What You'll Do: - You will install, maintain, and repair diagnostic and medical equipment at client sites. - You will troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime. - You will conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. - You will collaborate with the management team to report service activities and suggest improvements. - You will provide training and support to clients on equipment operation and maintenance. - You will manage service documentation and maintain accurate records of all service activities. - You will stay updated with the latest technological advancements in medical and diagnostic equipment. - You will ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service operations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably in the medical or diagnostic equipment sector. - Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing complex electronic and mechanical systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a field environment. - Proficiency with service management software and documentation tools. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the Denver area. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with life science equipment servicing. - Certification in biomedical equipment technology or related fields. - Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FDA and ISO. - Additional language skills to support diverse client interactions.
