Role Overview: As a Field Service Engineer based in Denver, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing advanced diagnostic and medical equipment. Your expertise will ensure that our clients experience minimal downtime and optimal performance of their critical instruments. What You'll Do: - You will install, maintain, and repair diagnostic and medical equipment at client sites. - You will troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize equipment downtime. - You will provide training and support to clients on proper equipment use and maintenance. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance. - You will collaborate with the management team to improve service processes and client satisfaction. - You will travel regularly within the Denver area and occasionally to other locations as required. - You will ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during all service activities. What You Bring: - You have at least 3 years of experience in field service engineering or a related technical role. - You possess strong technical skills in diagnostic and medical equipment repair. - You have excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You hold a valid driver’s license and are willing to travel frequently. - You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with life science or medical diagnostic equipment. - Technical certifications related to medical device servicing. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in healthcare equipment. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a field environment.
