Role Overview: As a Field Service Engineer based in Denver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our clients' diagnostic and medical equipment. You will be the frontline technical expert, responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair services that uphold our company’s reputation for quality and responsiveness. What You'll Do: - You will install, maintain, and repair diagnostic and medical equipment at client sites. - You will troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize equipment downtime. - You will provide training and support to clients on equipment operation and maintenance. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance. - You will collaborate with management and technical teams to improve service processes. - You will ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during all service activities. - You will travel regularly within the Denver area and occasionally to other locations as required. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering or a related technical role. - Strong technical knowledge of diagnostic and medical equipment. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with life science equipment servicing. - Certification in biomedical equipment technology or related fields. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in the medical device industry. - Additional technical training or certifications relevant to field service engineering.
