The Operations Performance Analyst drives operational effectiveness through advanced analysis, performance reporting, and insight generation. This role supports enterprise operational strategy and continuous improvement by identifying performance gaps, improving transparency, and strengthening how results are measured and communicated. Partnering across business and technology teams, the analyst helps improve productivity, accountability, and profitability while enabling the organization to adapt to evolving business needs. In the Role • Analyze operational performance and develop metrics, dashboards, and analytical frameworks • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for operational and business leaders • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, resource utilization, and execution quality • Support workflow mapping, requirements definition, and gap analysis for improvement initiatives • Build and maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and reporting for pilots and programs • Support business-case development by defining assumptions, drivers, and performance impacts • Prepare executive-ready presentations and materials that communicate insights and progress • Partner cross-functionally with business, operations, and technology teams • Support issue resolution through structured problem-solving and analytical thinking • Deliver ad hoc analysis, due diligence, and project support as needed Requirements • 3-5 years of experience in business analytics, operations analysis, or operational performance • Bachelor’s degree required • Strong experience working with operational and performance metrics • Advanced Excel skills; strong PowerPoint proficiency • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Preferred: • Financial services experience • Familiarity with operational, financial, and productivity metrics • Experience supporting dashboards, executive reporting, or performance reviews • Strong stakeholder partnership and collaboration skills • Enterprise mindset with the ability to connect analysis to business outcomes • Experience supporting transformation initiatives or pilots • Project management experience or strong execution discipline Location: Hybrid in Wilmington, DE Who we Are OneMain Financial (NYSE: OMF) is the leader in offering nonprime customers responsible access to credit and is dedicated to improving the financial well-being of hardworking Americans.
