Full Description

OneMagnify is a global performance marketing organization working at the intersection of brand marketing, technology, and analytics. The Company’s core offerings accelerate business, amplify real-time results, and help set our clients apart from their competitors. OneMagnify partners with clients to design, implement and manage marketing and brand strategies using analytical and predictive data models that provide valuable customer insights to drive higher levels of sales conversion. OneMagnify’s commitment to employee growth and development extends far beyond typical approaches. We take great pride in fostering an environment where each of our 700+ colleagues can thrive and achieve their personal best. OneMagnify has been recognized as a Top Workplace, Best Workplace and Cool Workplace in the United States for 10 consecutive years and recently was recognized as a Top Workplace in India. The Senior Experience Strategy Manager is the senior architect of integrated experience strategy at OneMagnify. You'll bring deep expertise and hands-on leadership to the most complex engagements across CX, CRM, SEO/GEO, web, social, content, UX, and data by defining the methodology, quality bar, and delivery frameworks that the practice builds from. You're the person in the room solving the hardest cross-channel orchestration problems for our B2B clients, and you'll shape how the practice grows: developing the service offering, hiring and mentoring strategists, and building client relationships at the senior level. This is a hands-on leadership role with equal parts craft, commercial accountability, and practice development. About You: You think in systems, not channels and you see the orchestration problem underneath the brief before anyone's named it You hold strong opinions on methodology and quality, and you set the standard for everyone around you You're as comfortable scoping an engagement and selling the approach as you are architecting the journey that delivers it You treat orchestration as a craft that compounds, not a deliverable that ships, and you know how to make that case to a client AI isn't a novelty in your workflow; it's how you develop strategy, stress-test assumptions, and move faster than the market expects You lead by building capability around you by hiring well, coaching deliberately, and creating the conditions where strategists get sharper What you’ll do: Codify engagement-level problem-solving into reusable frameworks, templates, playbooks, and methodological standards that scale across the practice Craft end-to-end customer journeys, experience blueprints, and cross-channel orchestration strategies Define what behaviors trigger which responses, across which channels, architecting the signal logic that ensures the right message reaches the right person at the right time Solve cross-channel coordination problems that don’t fit neatly into a template, developing new approaches where existing playbooks fall short Partner with Paid Media, Creative, and Analytics teams on the hardest challenges where upstream/downstream handoffs break down Embed AI-powered capabilities into client strategies: predictive audience modeling, generative content frameworks, intelligent journey routing, next-best-action logic, and AI-assisted performance diagnostics Drive continuous innovation in how your work is developed and delivered by establishing prompt and workflow standards, and employing AI to increase speed, quality, and scalability Build, lead, and develop a team of 4–6 experience strategists, owning performance management, career development, and team growth Partner with department leadership on practice advancement, service offering development, and thought leadership Support account teams on pitches, proposals, business development and strategic account planning What you’ll need: 8+ years in digital strategy, experience design, CX strategy, or integrated marketing with progressive responsibility across multi-channel engagements 3+ years of direct people leadership, including performance management, coaching, and team development Track record solving complex, ambiguous strategy problems, not just implementing defined workstreams Strong B2B experience, including buying committees, sophisticated sales cycles, and account-based approaches Active, self-directed knowledge of AI tools applied to strategy and experience design Outstanding communication and presentation skills: equally comfortable building a deck for a CMO and walking a MarTech team through a signal architecture Strong understanding of CDPs, CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, customer engagement platforms (Braze), and analytics tools Strong understanding of SEO/GEO tools, CRO platforms, and digital experience platforms (Optimizely, Adobe, Sitecore) Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), paid holidays, vacations, and more. About us Whether it’s awareness, advocacy, engagement, or efficacy, we move brands forward with work that connects with audiences and delivers results. Through meaningful analytics, engaging communications and innovative technology solutions, we help clients tackle their most ambitious projects and overcome their biggest challenges. We are an equal opportunity employer We believe that Innovative ideas and solutions start with unique perspectives. That’s why we’re committed to providing every employee a workplace that’s free of discrimination and intolerance. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and actively search for like-minded people to join our team. We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform job functions, and to receive benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation. Whether it’s awareness, advocacy, engagement, or efficacy, we move brands forward with work that delivers results.
