Description  Frontend Developer (Mid-Level)     About OneKey MLS  OneKey MLS is the largest Multiple Listing Service in New York, supporting tens of thousands of real estate professionals. We operate a secure, compliance-focused, data-driven environment and rely on a network of strategic technology partners to power our MLS platforms and member-facing tools. Internally, we are modernizing our infrastructure, strengthening security, and building efficient, reliable operational systems.     Position Overview  We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Frontend Developer with a passion for AI applications to join our dynamic team. You'll be working in a collaborative environment where initiative and continuous learning are valued, building cutting-edge solutions that make a real impact.  Key Responsibilities  * Design, develop, and maintain responsive frontend applications using Next.js framework in a monolithic repository.  * Build intuitive user interfaces with Shadcn UI components and Tailwind CSS.  * Implement and optimize data fetching strategies using tRPC and TanStack Query.  * Build and integrate AI-powered features and applications into our product suite.  * Develop and deploy Trigger.dev triggers to support application functionality.  * Collaborate closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project managers to gather and refine requirements.  * Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development tasks.  * Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices through GitHub workflows.  * Deploy and manage applications on Vercel hosting platform.  * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.  * Meet project milestones and deliverables within established timelines.  * Attend team meetings and provide thoughtful solutions and alternatives to technical challenges.  * Write automated unit testing  * Work both independently and collaboratively as project needs require.  Required Qualifications  * Proven experience with Next.js and modern React development building PWA/SPA applications.  * Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript.  * Extensive experience with Tailwind CSS for styling and responsive design.  * Hands-on experience with Shadcn UI or similar component libraries.  * Hands-on experience with tRPC for type-safe API development.  * Practical knowledge of TanStack Query (React Query) for state management.  * Proven experience working with Payload CMS (customising the admin panel, creating custom collections, hooks, API integrations, etc.).    * Familiarity with Drizzle ORM or similar ORMs.  * Experience working with MSSQL and/or Postgres databases.  * Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control.  * Experience with Vercel or similar deployment platforms.  * Strong written and verbal communication skills.  * Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.  * Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.  * Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and project milestones.  Preferred Qualifications  * Experience building or integrating AI features into web applications.  * Knowledge of Azure cloud services and Trigger.dev triggers development.  * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.  * Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Waterfall development environments.  * Strong understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.  * Experience with design systems and component-driven development.  * Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.  * Portfolio of projects demonstrating technical capabilities.  Key Attributes  * Self-Motivated: Takes initiative and ownership of projects without constant supervision.  * Growth-Minded: Eager to learn new technologies and expand skill set continuously.  * Goal-Oriented: Focused on achieving measurable outcomes and meeting objectives.  * Problem-Solver: Proactively identifies issues and proposes effective solutions.  * Team Player: Collaborates effectively while also capable of independent work.  * Detail-Oriented: Maintains high quality and attention to user experience.  * Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.  * Communicative: Articulates technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.  * Curious: Shows genuine interest in AI technologies and emerging frontend trends.  Compensation & Benefits  * Competitive salary  * Full health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.  * Hybrid work flexibility (subject to operational needs).  * Opportunities for training, certification, and professional growth.  Please provide an up-to-date resume  Please provide a Cover Letter  What are your salary requirements?
