Our Newest Opportunity: Summary: OneDigital is seeking an emerging marketing rock star to join our organization as a Marketing Intern. We're looking for an individual who demonstrates a desire to help power our growth by working closely with the marketing and sales team to support the frontline needs of our teams. If you have a hunger to soak up everything you can about marketing and sales, dive right into major projects, and work collaboratively, this is the role for you! The team believes in high performance, collaboration, authentic communication, open feedback, and overall excellence. You’ll have opportunities to contribute to various marketing functions—including writing marketing copy, building the brand regionally and locally, supporting industry events (both in person and virtual), designing collateral, and supporting digital strategies like email and social. This 16-week, paid internship will give you hands-on experience at one of the nation’s fastest-growing strategic advisory firms. This is a Winter/Spring 26’ opportunity with daily workloads and schedules set by the department Manager or Director. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Overall, the marketing intern will have the ability to gain hands-on experience in several marketing platforms and across multiple marketing specialties. Some of the tools they can expect to use include OneDigital’s CMS, Canva, Animoto, ON24, etc. In addition, the intern can expect to gain experience in marketing functions, including content, digital, reporting, and production. We see the intern as a team contributor and welcome new creative ideas for developing and deploying our materials. Regional Marketing Interns can gain exposure and make a direct impact on several marketing initiatives Potential focus areas include: Writing and content creation, Information gathering for various projects, Digital/website projects, Develop videos, Social media, and Regional team projects. Supports the execution of industry events (in-person, webinars, and customer advisory focus groups) where applicable, developing print collateral, landing pages, registration form, executing marketing automation activities, event logistics and event analytics. Additional assignments assigned by management. What to Expect: You will have the opportunity to work on real-world assignments, network with top leaders in the organization, and grow professionally and personally with an assigned mentor Qualifications, Skills and Requirements: Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and interviewing skills are essential Comfort with technology and using online software to manage your work Strong organizational and time management skills Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting or exceeding deadlines Effective written and oral communication skills across a variety of audiences Must be self-motivated and disciplined Strong research and problem-solving skills Positive, upbeat attitude Ability to travel, if needed Education, Training, and Experience: A rising Junior or rising Senior with an expected graduation date of either '26 '27 In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Comfortable working with others in virtual environments Ability to work 15-20 hours per week The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $17 per hour. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
