Full Description

Description: • Provide strategic and operational leadership for our HR technology ecosystem. • Oversee the Systems team and have direct responsibility for HRIS platforms and integrated solutions. • Set the product vision, ensure seamless integration across systems, and drive enhancements. • Serve as a key partner across Operations, Sales, Implementation, and Service teams. • Define the product strategy and roadmap for HRIS platforms and its connected solutions. • Partner with senior leadership to identify new opportunities and ensure ROI. • Lead, mentor, and develop the Systems team, building a culture of accountability. • Oversee day-to-day product operations, enhancements, releases, and integrations. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, HR Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) or 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR technology, product management, or systems management. • Strong expertise with HRIS platforms (e.g., PrismHR, iSolved, UKG, ADP, or equivalent). • Hands-on experience managing integrations with plugins, ATS, TLM, and performance management platforms. • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale system initiatives. • Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities. • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
