We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Lead Data Engineer to join our innovative and dynamic team. Lead Data Engineer | About You As a Lead Data Engineer, you are responsible for driving the design, development, and optimization of the organization’s data infrastructure. You thrive in a hands-on leadership role, balancing technical execution with team guidance and stakeholder collaboration. Lead Data Engineer | Day-to-Day Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing data pipelines to support analytics, reporting, and operational needs. Develop and deploy production-grade data engineering code, ensuring reliability and performance across environments. Manage end-to-end data workflows, including ingestion, transformation, modeling, and validation for multiple business systems. Lead daily execution and prioritization, breaking down tasks, assigning work, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with BI analysts, technology teams, and business stakeholders to design solutions that align with strategic goals. Monitor and optimize data infrastructure for performance, cost efficiency, and scalability, leveraging automation where possible. Lead Data Engineer | Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineer, or related-roles in a cross-functional environment. Proven leadership experience, including managing projects, teams, or technical initiatives. Expertise in data pipeline architecture, optimization, and reliability for large-scale systems. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, Redshift) and orchestration tools like Airflow. Familiarity with data modeling techniques, ETL frameworks, multiple data formats (CSV, JSON, Parquet). Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
