Our culture is shaped by five core values we actually live out (not just hang on the wall): Kingdom-Focused Excellence, Humble (Big Team, Little Me), Hungry (Committed, Can-Do Attitude), Smart (Competent and Accountable), Client's Needs First—Always What It Takes To Win In This Role Nonprofit Analytics Data Collection & Accuracy • Collect required data from nonprofit organizations using firm-approved templates, forms, and systems, ensuring all required fields are completed accurately and consistently. • Populate prior-year data where appropriate to support continuity and completeness, and validate submissions for accuracy, completeness, and internal consistency before final submission. System-Based Data Entry, Validation & Standardization • Populate, validate, and maintain nonprofit data within firm-approved systems (e.g., Salesforce), including pre-populating prior-year data where appropriate to improve efficiency and continuity. • Ensure all nonprofit submissions meet defined data quality standards by checking for completeness, internal consistency, and accuracy before advancing information to the evaluation stage. Process Execution, Exception Handling & Automation Adoption • Support the nonprofit analytics process by responding to clarification questions and managing exceptions when nonprofits are unable to complete standard system-based workflows. • Reduce manual, bespoke data collection over time by adopting and adhering to automated forms, standardized instructions, and system-driven processes, escalating recurring issues for process improvement. Requirements What You Bring to the Table Required Qualifications • Strong time-management and organizational skills with proven ability to complete tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in handling numerical data and double-checking work to ensure correctness. • Outstanding quantitative and writing skills with ability to proof content for grammar, clarity, and brevity. • Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude. • Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills. • Advanced knowledge of Excel and proven experience with Salesforce CRM. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite and related business systems. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in philanthropic advisory, nonprofit research, or grant management environments. • Familiarity with CRM database management and post-grant reporting processes. • Demonstrated ability to design and compose reports including charts, graphs, and visual presentations. • Track record of implementing process improvements and automation in data management workflows. • Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to streamline data collection, validation, and reporting processes.
