1-3 years project or account management experience, preferably with supply chain or procurement background, proficiency in project management software, sales CRMs, and Microsoft Office; bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
We are looking for a passionate and solution-oriented Service Network Account Manager (SNAM) to join our team. In this role, the SNAM will be responsible for multiple independent service provider (ISP) accounts. The SNAM’s responsibilities include managing the operations of an independent service provider network, growing the network and establishing and maintaining processes and systems to provide services to the customer including performance management and credentialing. A SNAM recruits, signs, trains, measures performance of servicer(s) and renegotiation of rate(s) by maintaining a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings, developing and implementing strategic plans to grow our network, managing and strengthening ISP relationships, identifying new service opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations. A SNAM will also be responsible for submitting project requests to IT and working with them to resolve issue(s) or implement system enhancements.
