Job Description: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat • Assist customers with product and service questions, billing issues, and order processing • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Provide high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • 0-2 years of customer service experience (internships or part-time roles accepted) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks • Basic proficiency in computer systems and customer service software Benefits: • medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings • 10 to 20 vacation days depending on experience • 11 paid holidays and 5 half days
