The Customer Service Representative Associate provides frontline support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This entry-level role involves handling customer calls, emails, and chats, while following company policies and procedures to deliver timely and effective solutions. Your Impact: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product and service questions, billing issues, and order processing. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Successful Candidates Will Have: High school diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years of customer service experience (internships or part-time roles accepted). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic proficiency in computer systems and customer service software. At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including, for eligible employees, medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings. Also, for eligible employees, the Company offers 10 to 20 vacation days depending on experience and generally offers 11 paid holidays and 5 half days, depending on the calendar year. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay for this position is $16.00/hour plus annual discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
