As we expand across Southern California, we are seeking motivated and results-driven professionals for our Telemarketer, Sales, Lead Generation, and Outreach team to help grow our client base through strategic prospecting, targeted outreach, and relationship development. Position Overview This role is focused on generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients who may benefit from our premium sushi catering services. This is a flexible, remote, commission-based contractor role—ideal for independent professionals who thrive in sales and outreach environments. Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound phone calls, emails, and online outreach to connect with prospective clients. • Present and communicate the value of our offerings, including weddings, birthdays, corporate events, sushi classes, and tuna cutting shows. • Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads within target industries and markets. • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to increase awareness of One Sushi Inc.’s services. • Research and identify key decision-makers, building comprehensive and accurate contact lists. • Nurture early-stage client relationships and pass qualified leads to the internal team for follow-up and conversion. • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion goals. • Maintain organized records of outreach efforts, communication history, and lead progress. Qualifications and Information • Strong ability to generate leads independently using research tools, databases, and outbound methods. • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, business development, or client acquisition. • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in cold calling and outreach. • Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated with strong accountability. • Comfortable working remotely and independently with minimal supervision. • Industry experience (hospitality, catering, or food service) is not required—training and brand materials provided. • No base salary or employee benefits (independent contractor role). • Profit sharing. 10% commission on total sales closed and converted from your referred leads. • Fully flexible and remote—ideal for those seeking autonomy and performance-based income.
