Over 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with at least one full-cycle HRIS implementation, supporting multi-national environments, and strong knowledge of HRIS systems like Ceridian Dayforce.

The successful candidate will take point on business and requirements discussions with our Human Resources and IT teams during the HRIS implementation and support processes. You will establish and maintain a strong relationship with Quest HR team, and retain a deep understanding of their business. You will deliver solutions that speak directly to their most critical business needs. Responsibilities -Maintain strong collaborative relationships with One Identity's global HR and Payroll teams -Participate in strategic, process, and functional design on One Identity projects -Lead and facilitate groups in eliciting business and system requirements for One Identity global HRIS business needs -Map user stories and requirements to HRIS system functionality -Build test scenarios. Serve as lead tester of HRIS systems, and lead user-acceptance testing sessions with HR teams. -Create Human Resources process mapping and documentation -Act as a Tier 2 and Tier 3 HR Operations support, provide problem solving and training when needed to HR team members -Provide recommendations to senior management for process and/or system improvements/enhancements -Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices. -Demonstrate HRIS system capabilities to solve business problems by managing proof of concepts/pilots -Identify and mitigate risks - HR business processes, configuring, and managing HRIS applications. Qualifications -5+ years experience as Business Systems Analyst with at least one full-cycle implementation of an HRIS system -3+ years experience implementing and supporting HRIS systems in a multi-national environment -Strong working knowledge of global HRIS systems (Ceridian Dayforce preferred) -Adept at mapping business processes targeted to HRIS subject matter experts and end-users -Proactive problem-solver – able to identify issues and gaps -Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented professional who is equally adept at working independently, and as part of a high functioning team -Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a diverse group of internal customers -Ability to learn and adapt to new software/systems quickly Company Description One Identity enables organizations of all sizes to better secure, manage, monitor, protect, and analyze information and infrastructure to help fuel innovation and drive their businesses forward.
