Key Responsibilities • Partner with hiring managers to support the full-cycle of recruiting for vacant positions • Support payroll processing and maintain data integrity across HR systems • Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees Required Qualifications • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or People Operations • 2-3 years of experience recruiting for a variety of vacancies • Experience supporting payroll and HR compliance processes • Familiarity with PEO and ATS platforms • Prior experience in a consumer brand or high-growth environment preferred
