If you know the Texas provider landscape and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, this Senior Sales Director focused on health systems and healthcare organizations in Texas could be your next big move. This remote, U.S.-based role will focus on provider organizations and health systems in Texas. You’ll drive complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers across clinical, technical, and administrative leadership, selling a flexible SaaS platform that powers asynchronous care, automation, and integration. What You Will Be Doing: • Self-source leads and build a strong sales pipeline through strong relationships with executives at hospitals and provider networks in Texas • Engage multiple stakeholders across their org in a long cycle, complex sales process: demonstrate how the platform helps streamline care delivery • Backed by a full team (product, marketing, clinical, technical, and more), you’ll collaborate on messaging and proposals, in order to close deals • Operate in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with the autonomy to build your region from the ground up • Heavy hunting new business with a bit of farming • Selling to stakeholders across clinical, technology, marketing, virtual/digital depts, and operations Ideal Candidates Have Sold: • SaaS solutions to health systems or hospitals • AI, automation, or digital front door platforms • Marketing, scheduling, or patient experience tools • Provider directories, EHR-integrated apps, or interoperability infrastructure • Clinical services, urgent care, behavioral health, or primary care offerings What You'll Need: • 5–8+ years of experience selling into health systems or IDNs, ideally $500M+ in net patient revenue • Proven ability to self-source pipeline and manage long, complex sales cycles (avg. 9 months) • Closed deals in the $350K+ range, working across clinical, technical, and administrative teams • Deep understanding of the Texas healthcare markets and key players - you come with a book of contacts and know how to network • Experience selling in startup or high-growth health tech environments • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, working cross-functionally, and telling a compelling value story • Be based in Texas or comfortable traveling there What You’ll Get: • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (150-175k base / 330-385k OTE) • Excellent benefits • Fully remote role with limited travel (a few trade shows per year, occasional client travel) • Backing from top-tier investors and a product already in-market with major health systems • Support from a tight-knit team across clinical, product, marketing, and sales • A chance to define GTM motion for a high-potential territory in a deeply impactful space If you’re a strategic healthcare sales exec who knows how to build relationships, navigate complex deals, and sell innovation to health systems, this could be the next chapter in your career.
