Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. One 11 Brands is seeking a National Account Manager to drive distribution, sales growth, and brand execution across major national retail and convenience store chains. The role involves building and managing strategic relationships with key national accounts and collaborating with distributor partners to maximize results. Responsibilities • Develops and manages relationships with large, multi-state or nationwide retail chains (e.g., Walmart, 7-Eleven, Kroger). • Works with national buyers and category managers at headquarters to build relationships, gain distribution, and execute sales tools for your channel. Makes headquarter calls and serve as the main point of contact for buyers, category managers, and decision-makers for national accounts. • Develop and execute national sales strategies, pricing, and promotional programs. • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and annual plans with national accounts. • Strategically focuses time on the biggest opportunities to maximize sales and grow One 11 brands (i.e., all key accounts are not treated equally). • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics; recommend and implement improvements. • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key accounts. • Coordinate launches of new products and national marketing campaigns. • Ensure alignment and execution of programs across all regions and stores. • Coordinates programs across multiple regions and distributor partners. • Work with distributor personnel to develop and execute programs for national accounts. • Ensure distributors are equipped and motivated to support national initiatives. • Participate in annual planning, forecasting, and business reviews with distributor management. • Collaborates closely with management in distributors (e.g., Sales Managers) to ensure execution of annual sales plans, evaluate market conditions, ensure appropriate resources are dedicated to our brands, etc. • Holds sales managers accountable for execution of One 11 programs. • Collaborates with distributor staff and specialists to execute programs with key accounts. • Participates in annual planning process, including pricing, programming, forecasting sales based on sales related data. • Manages POS ordering for assigned Key Accounts. • Responsible for marketing intelligence gathering: reviews and analyzes market, product performance, and other sales related data. • Establishes objectives and priorities, ensuring they support the organization’s business plans (i.e., deliver the plan to the distributor). • Promotes positive working relationships across the organization and distributor network. • Controls and monitors business expenses for the territory (meals, transportation, lodging, etc.). • Supports commercialization of digital marketing programs and leverages digital assets. • Leverages technology (e.g., Account 360) and digital assets to monitor performance, identify opportunities, direct the action of distributor personnel, make decisions, conduct exception reporting, etc. • Makes sound business decisions and optimizes resource allocation based on business trends, data, growth opportunities, etc. • Embraces innovation and demonstrates entrepreneurial mindset – Driving future-focused change. • Assists sales specialists and cross functional partners with identification and activation of consumer engagement initiatives and event execution. • Engages in consumer-facing events. • Acts as a One 11 Ambassador, advocating for our brands, including hosting events, leveraging social media and other tools to promote for One 11 sales within their community. • Must maintain satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness. • Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their understanding and compliance. Skills • Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of sales, distributor, marketing, grocery, convenience, food chain experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 12 years of sales, distributor, marketing, grocery, convenience, or food chain experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. • Candidate is required to have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving. If needed, candidate must obtain the appropriate state driver’s license based on the position’s location within 30 days of hire. • Required to travel by air and automobile up to 50% during the course of business. • Required to see, taste, and smell energy drink products and perform product tastings as part of job functions. • Experience demonstrating strong leadership selling, time management, public speaking skills. • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description. • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description. • Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of sales experience. • 5 or more years of experience in national account management, preferably in CPG or beverage sales. • Direct managerial/supervisory experience with sales, retail, or on-premise employees (e.g. District Manager, Area Manager, State Manager, Field Marketing manager, etc.). • Experience with selling or marketing energy drink products. • Skilled in reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Experience writing routine reports and correspondence. • Skilled in speaking effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. • Experience with Microsoft Office software programs. • Skilled in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. • Knowledge of how to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. • Skilled in solving practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. • Skilled in interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
