Your success is not just a professional goal; it's our shared commitment.   Role Overview The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of client incentive and recognition programs and maintaining positive relationships with the account team, internal departments, program participants and client contacts. The primary focus is to perform program operational/support activities leveraging technology-based tools and internal resources, ensuring that work is delivered on time and in accordance with client requirements. This includes the generation of flawless client reporting, invoicing, and providing prompt, tactful responses to client or internal inquiries regarding program operations. #LI-Hyb Scope of Work * Assignments are defined in terms of activities and outcomes. Elevates more complex questions and work is reviewed for based on meeting objectives and may involve work across areas. * For assigned accounts, the Customer Success Specialist (CSS) must understand the obligations and Statement of Work between One10 and the client. This includes but is not limited to: understanding the program details and goals, website functionality, administrative/reporting applications and processes. * Assist, as needed, in the design of operational processes and continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiencies. * For new program implementations, the CSS must be able to perform platform setup tasks to include configuration of website modules, pages and reports. * Manage ongoing website changes/functionality; perform updates to website content using content management tools and/or HTML code. * Produce required client and internal program reports using Excel or system-based applications; perform complex manipulation of reports as needed. * Coordinate and process the receipt of client files and other inputs (e.g., program enrollment forms or award claim forms). * Serve as the program website/application “super user,” responding effectively to inquiries from clients and program participants; may conduct website demonstrations for clients and internal departments. * Coordinate inquiries to the IT team to investigate suspected system issues or request custom reports. * Monitor and respond to participant inquiries submitted to the program email box; also address participant inquiries that may be escalated from Customer Xperience or the client. * Assist the IT team with quality assurance – e.g., perform website testing prior to website launches or the release of updated website functionality. * Work closely with the Client Services and Finance teams, as well as the Program Manager, to manage client invoicing; produce billing spreadsheets and backup as required. * Work to increase overall satisfaction and retention of clients on assigned programs with the ability to use independent judgment; maintain close liaison with Client Services, Program Manager; Manager, I&R; and/or Account Director. * Participate in team status meetings and client calls.  * Maintain documentation of operational processes for assigned programs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Applies experience and working knowledge to accomplish tasks and processes. Has working level skills and abilities, but it still learning to address more complex problems, processes, and applying analytics.  * Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred  * 2+ years business management/operational experience * Proven proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong Excel skills are a must * Outstanding organizational and time management skills * High attention to detail * Successful experience working in a fast-paced team environment; ability to multi-task  * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * HTML skills and/or content management tools is a plus * Familiarity with project management software is a plus     What We Promise: 1. The maximum salary for this role is listed to provide insight into the top of our compensation range, which is determined by market data, internal equity, and the responsibilities of the position. The final offer may vary based on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.
