The CEO is a visionary leader responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial stewardship of OTM. Reporting directly to the President, the CEO ensures that our commitment to feminist, abolitionist, and trauma-responsive frameworks is not only preserved but actively integrated into every facet of our clinical and community work. The CEO leads a multidisciplinary team to advance health equity while maintaining rigorous fiscal health and regulatory excellence. (OTM) is a Latine-led and primarily BIPOC staffed professional corporation dedicated to health equity and liberation. We collaborate with others to design and implement anti-racist, joy-focused, sustainable, and affirming practices. Our work is rooted in love, commitment, political action, and "freedom dreaming" to provide transformative wellness and psychological services to those historically pushed to the margins. Our programs help participants reclaim their stories, deepen self-knowledge, and build power. OTM successfully partners with organizations across Sonoma, Marin Counties, the greater Bay Area, and beyond.
