Role: Staff Product Manager Location: Remote - USA Clearance: Secret or Eligible Salary: $220k-$270k - DOE + Equity My client is a leading Defense tech company who has had over $100 million in total funding. They are a unique organization who create a SAAS software which is changing the way the DOD operate when it comes to high-level operations. I have partnered with this business since 2023 and seen them grow from 20 people to just shy of 200 people in this time and remain profitable, which is very unheard of for such a high-growth start-up. They are looking to make 2 very senior hires into their product org which is being headed up by a new CPO who has an excellent background from scaling one of the biggest start-ups of the 2020s Product function. Each position is a senior IC role with the path to directorship in the future and you will focus on either the AI-focused workstream or the integration one, depending which is a better fit for you. To be considered for this position we are looking for people with the following skills and experience: Secret clearance - active or at least eligible Minimum 5 years experience working as a Product manager in B2B SAAS - Ideally more A strong track record of shipping AI powered features with modern tooling and architecture Proven experience overseeing model evaluation, performance monitoring, and optimization across key metrics such as quality, latency, and cost. Solid knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards, ideally within regulated or high-trust industries. Skilled in SQL and foundational Python for conducting data validation and analytical tasks. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a focus on effectiveness in asynchronous and distributed team settings.
