Learn more about us at: www.omsnashville.com PRIMARY DUTIES: • Answer phones from 8-5 providing top quality service to our patients. • Review Error and Communication spreadsheets to obtain needed information to communicate to third party billing partner. • Monitor feedback and escalate to appropriate parties to obtain information. • Correct errors and reset claim to be ready to bill for OMS Billing to resubmit.
