Upload, format, and publish content assets in client CMS platforms while ensuring SEO, accessibility, and quality standards are met.
1-3 years experience in content management or web publishing with CMS proficiency, basic HTML/CSS, SEO and accessibility knowledge, and strong organizational skills.
Description: • Upload and format blog posts, landing pages, and other assets in client CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow, Drupal, etc.) • Apply proper formatting, internal and external linking, and metadata to align with SEO best practices and client style guides • Manage publishing schedules according to client content calendars • Optimize images for web performance (compression, resizing, responsive formats) while maintaining visual quality • Add appropriate image alt text, titles, and captions to ensure accessibility and SEO compliance • Follow established client file naming and tagging conventions for digital asset management • Conduct QA checks for formatting, broken links, and mobile responsiveness before and after publishing • Troubleshoot CMS-related issues and escalate when needed • Collaborate with editorial leads, editors, designers, organic growth strategists, and project managers to execute content uploads on time • Implement structured data, schema, and other on-page SEO best practices as requested Requirements: • 1–3 years of experience in content management, web publishing, or a related role • Hands-on experience with popular CMS platforms (WordPress strongly preferred; HubSpot, Webflow, or Drupal a plus) • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for formatting and troubleshooting • Familiarity with SEO principles and accessibility standards • Proficiency with image editing/optimization tools (Photoshop, Canva, TinyPNG, etc.) • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all uploads • Ability to follow client style guides, file naming and tagging conventions • Experience with QA checks for formatting, broken links, and mobile responsiveness • Must not subcontract work (no subcontracting allowed) Benefits:
